Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients in a courteous and timely manner and verify demographics and payer information.
• Perform pre- and post-registration tasks, including insurance eligibility and financial responsibilities.
• Adhere to EMTALA guidelines during patient encounters in the Emergency Department.
• Collect and relay patient information and documents to appropriate departments.
