• Prior Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient-facing support for the Patient Access Department within Piedmont Healthcare.
• Ensure patient accounts have valid insurance coverage and current demographic/clinical data.
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present options/requirements.
• Process patient payments and obtain necessary consents/notices.
