Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Access Manager to champion patient access across the St. Louis territory.

The role focuses on educating providers on reimbursement paths, building strong relationships with hospitals, practices, and specialty pharmacies, and guiding internal teams through complex access scenarios. You will stay current on policy trends and adapt strategies to drive optimal patient access while supporting the sales and medical affairs teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years field-based account management or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement and practice management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute account-based strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers about reimbursement and patient access navigation.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations.
• Identify and resolve reimbursement and access challenges.
• Educate internal teams on complex reimbursement scenarios.
• Stay informed on healthcare policy and regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory.
