• Customer service-related experience.
• 6 months office experience, medical office preferred.
• 6 months experience in Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Explain hospital forms and policies, obtain signatures.
• Discuss financial responsibilities and collect monies.
• Adhere to patient-focused admissions processes.
