Qualifications

  • Ability to learn tasks quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates check-in and check-out procedures in clinic.
  • Schedules for new and follow-up appointments.
  • Manages various front office responsibilities.
  • Participates in activities as assigned by Assistant Director or Assistant Manager.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Upholds customer service standards and patient confidentiality.
