Kettering Health Network is seeking a Patient Access I in Middletown to support patient registration, verify insurance, and ensure accurate documentation. You will act as the first contact for patients and visitors, delivering courteous service while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a healthcare admin or customer service setting. Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus, and bilingual abilities are valued.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients accurately and verify insurance.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed per regulatory standards.
• Serve as first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with KHN mission and policies.
• Assist patients with completion of financial forms when applicable.
• Review accounts for quality and updates as needed.
