Responsibilities

• Code diagnoses and procedures, post payments, and balance day-end reports.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and provide front-office support.
• Assist with outpatient coding, claims processing and account resolution.
• Perform cashiering, daily cash deposits, and maintain confidential records.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth operations.
