Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed between 40 and 45 words per minute.
• Exemplary customer service and HIPAA awareness essential.

Responsabilidades

• Complete admissions process for all inpatients and outpatients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and provide point-of-service estimates.
• Ensure confidentiality and protect patient rights under HIPAA.
• Participate in revenue cycle activities including collections as needed.
