During the program you will work 25 hours a week (10–15 on site, including Sundays and Wednesdays), meet weekly with the pastoral staff to study, plan sermons, and participate in church meetings, with a flat salary of $3,000.

Qualifications

• Professed faith in Christ and been baptized.
• Member in good standing of local church.
• Aspire to serve Christ in pastoral ministry.
• Cultivating character qualities seen 1 Tim 3 and Titus 1.
• Strong work ethic and teachable spirit.
• Agree with Baptist Faith & Message (2000) & Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy.

Responsibilities

• Work 25 hours/wk (including 10-15 on site, including Sundays & Wednesdays).
• Meet weekly with pastoral staff, having completed all assigned reading prior.
• Plan and prepare studies/sermons.
• Attend various church meetings (e.g., Members Meeting, Church Council, Deacons, etc.).
• Lead at least one Bible Study and preach one sermon during this program.
• Fulfill other related duties as assigned by the pastor.
