Northwell Health Physician Partners in New York, NY is seeking an AP/CP Certified Pathologist to join as a Residency Program Director. In this role, you will oversee the management of the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Residency Program, ensuring compliance with ACGME regulations while supervising residents. Candidates should have subspecialty training in Cytopathology, GI Pathology, GU Pathology, or GYN Pathology and experience in educational curriculum management.

You will also be responsible for organizing the resident curriculum and evaluating both faculty and residents. This position offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for administrative functions and involvement in hospital committees.

Qualifications

• Must be an AP/CP Certified Pathologist.
• Preferred subspecialty training in Cytopathology, GI Pathology, GU Pathology, or GYN Pathology.
• Experience with residency program direction and managing educational curricula.

Responsabilités

• Manage the AP/CP Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Residency Program and educational curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME regulations.
• Supervise residents and maintain a clinical case load.
• Organize and evaluate curricular components and faculty development.
• Manage rotations and program policies, direct resident scholarly activities.
• Serve on hospital committees and perform administrative functions.
