Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical or engineering background with a master's in a healthcare-related field or management.
• Five plus years of healthcare leadership or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission policies, standards, survey and accreditation processes.
• Experience as a surveyor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accreditation and Certification Operations long- and short-term goals and plans to ensure full services across accredited organizations.
• Assist in and provide oversight of field representative cadre and performance improvement activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for CMS and JC accreditation standards for assigned programs.
• Develop and monitor department strategic plans and budgets with leadership.
• Manage field representative cadre including interviewing, development, and annual observations.
