Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Montana. The role focuses on teaching and course administration, supervising medical students, and advancing research in medical education.

We seek candidates with a doctoral degree and 3–5 years of teaching/leadership experience in medical education, capable of leading course development, evaluations and budget oversight across campus programs.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral, first professional, terminal degree or professional equivalent and 3–5 years' teaching and academic leadership experience in medical education.
• Proficiency in leadership, personnel management and financial management with strong communication skills.
• Experience with instructional design, course management and public speaking; comfortable with MS Office and assessment software.

Aufgaben

• Direct campus course planning and organization.
• Develop course syllabus and record lectures according to university policies.
• Ensure lecture materials, videos and notes are complete and posted timely.
• Contribute to course evaluation processes and oversee adjunct faculty budgets.
• Mentor and advise medical students and participate in faculty development and evaluation programs.
