Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking a Pathologist Assistant to describe and prosect routine and complex surgical pathology specimens under supervision, assist in autopsies, and manage test requests. This PRN, flexible position offers exposure to a fast-paced pathology environment.

Required are a bachelor's degree (or master's) and ASCP PA certification eligibility. The hospital is a top 595-bed acute care teaching facility with renowned trauma and stroke centers in North Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) required.
• Master's degree in Science preferred or required depending on program.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Association of Pathologists' Assistants (ASCP), or eligible.
