Job summary

Ixolabs is seeking a Pathologist for AI Evaluation to leverage expertise in reviewing histological slides and evaluating AI diagnostic outputs. You will rigorously analyze whole slide images and ensure the accuracy of AI-produced reports for patient care.

The ideal candidate must have an MD or PhD in Pathology, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with digital pathology software like Aperio and QuPath. This remote role offers flexible hours and a commitment of 15-25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic surgical pathology, cytopathology, or molecular pathology.
• Expert proficiency in interpreting histological slides and recognizing a wide range of disease entities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills in complex diagnostic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously review whole slide images (WSIs) with precise delineations of pathological features.
• Evaluate AI-generated diagnostic predictions on pathology slides, identifying concordance and discordance.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI's performance in cancer grading, disease staging, and biomarker detection.
