The role includes hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest hospital and a broad scope in an academic-leaning community setting.

The successful candidate will be AP/CP board certified, with preferred subspecialty experience in breast/gynecologic pathology or hematopathology, and must be eligible for an unrestricted

Qualifications

• AP/CP board certification required.
• Subspecialty training in breast/gynecologic pathology or hematopathology is preferred.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Illinois medical license.

Responsibilities

• General surgical pathology with frozen sections.
• Cytopathology with immediate FNA assessments.
• Hematopathology including bone marrows and lymph nodes.
• AP/CP call responsibilities.
• Administrative, educational and operational committee duties.
