Job summary

PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgical Pathologist to join our hospital-based team at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time role offers a dynamic case mix, collaborative staff, and access to PathGroup's subspecialty network.

The ideal candidate will have diagnostic strength in GI, breast, GYN, and GU pathology and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• AP/CP board-certified or board-eligible.
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Kentucky medical license or eligibility required.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out of general surgical pathology and cytology cases.
• Frozen section interpretation and intraoperative consultation.
• Participation in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and clinical case discussions.
• Collaborative engagement with hospital clinicians and lab professionals.
