Micron Technology, a leader in memory and storage solutions, seeks a Design Engineer for the Pathfinding Design Team. You will design, model, and analyze digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits for next-gen memory technologies, evaluating concepts and developing models with experienced engineers.

You will assess performance trade-offs, improve memory performance and power efficiency, and collaborate across engineering teams to advance technology development and validation activities.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, research, or coursework.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of mixed-signal, analog, or digital circuit design principles.
• Experience with circuit simulation, performance analysis, and semiconductor fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Develop simulation models to evaluate digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuit designs.
• Run simulations, analyze results, and create performance scorecards comparing designs.
• Design and evaluate new circuit concepts to improve performance and power efficiency.
• Support mixed-signal circuit design, modeling, characterization, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to document results and communicate findings.
