Job summary

Path Resorts in Massachusetts is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the resort at concerts, sports events, amusement parks, and festivals across New England. You’ll engage with guests, hand out merch, run contests, and create memorable experiences while promoting vacationing with Path Resorts.

The role requires a comfortable, outgoing personality and willingness to travel. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with benefits including paid vacation, holidays, and access to resort amenities;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching people.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Path Resorts at major events (concerts, sports events, festivals, expos).
• Set up and operate promotional booths that attract attention and generate buzz.
• Engage attendees, create positive first impressions, and share information about Path Resorts.
• Distribute merch, run contests and giveaways, and ensure guests have a great experience.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and bring campaigns to life.
• Shifts vary across locations (New England) including lakeside events and Bruins games.

• Be the Vibe: Chat with eventgoers, create awesome first impressions, and share what makes Path Resorts unforgettable.
• Giveaways + Good Times: Hand out fun merch, run contests and giveaways, and help guests walk away with a smile. One week you might be spinning the prize wheel at a lakeside festival; the next, handing out swag at a Bruins game — no two events are the same!
• Think Big: Share ideas, collab with the team, and bring creative marketing to life.
