Job summary

Domino's in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead a busy team, ensure quality, and drive store operations. This is a full-time, hourly role with overtime available in a fast-paced environment.

You will be trained in all store functions, grow toward higher leadership positions within the franchise, and support a pizza-focused, customer-first team culture. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• High energy, leadership, and ability to multitask.
• Experience in Domino's OR leading people is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store and daily operations.
• Lead by example and coach team members.
• Be prepared to assist at nearby locations as needed.
• Maintain standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
