Qualifications

• 2 plus years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients.
• Correspond with patent office about pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical expertise.
• Interview inventors about new ideas.

Skills

Strong English and Japanese language skills

Superior writing skills

Technical expertise in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering

Advanced degree (preferred)
