Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an Associate attorney to join the Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team in a role based in Atlanta, GA (also eligible for several other U.S. locations).

The position requires current USPTO registration, at least three years of law firm experience, and a degree in CS/CE/EE/Math/Physics. Preference given to candidates with AI/ML, cloud, image processing, or autonomous vehicle experience.
