We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of patent prosecution experience and degrees in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. The position will support U.S. and foreign patent office practice as well as opinion work, due diligence, licensing, litigation support, and client counseling on a variety of projects.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $225,000
