Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Patent Prosecution and Litigation Associate for their Houston office. In this role, you will work on patent prosecution and litigation matters, primarily in the fields of electrical engineering and software, focusing on 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of legal experience in IP law, be admitted to the USPTO, and possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a discretionary performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of legal experience in IP law.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in the state of employment.
