Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Palo Alto seeks an IP Specialist to support Americas Intellectual Property team. You will manage patent prosecution deadlines, prepare documents, file US and PCT applications, and coordinate with in-house attorneys and foreign associates.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of patent prosecution support experience required.
• Billing experience, including electronic billing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily tracking and clearance of patent prosecution docket, domestic and foreign.
• Prepare and file US and PCT applications and related documents.
• Coordinate filing of sequence listings and drawings with outside vendors.
• Review patent documents for accuracy and respond to office actions.
• Maintain client portfolio tracking and monitor pending claims across portfolios.
