You will handle patent prosecution matters involving diverse technologies, apply your technical expertise to legal analysis, and draft high-quality patent documents.

Qualifications

• Background in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–7 years of experience as a patent prosecution attorney
• Registration to practice before the USPTO
• Superior legal writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct complex, detailed legal and technical analysis

• Develop patent strategies and provide practical, strategic advice to clients
