You will mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with leadership, and help shape the growth and direction of the patent group while delivering high‑quality IP solutions.

Qualifications

• JD degree and state bar admission.
• USPTO registration.
• 6–10 years of patent law experience, focused on prosecution and strategic counseling.
• Portable book of business with proven client attraction and retention.
• Experience with automotive, healthcare, manufacturing or tech clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a patent practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage patent prosecution, IP strategy, and portfolio development for clients across industries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while expanding your book of business.

Requirements
