Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a skilled associate with at least three years of patent litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. The candidate will bring a strong technical background, perform complex litigation tasks, and collaborate with an experienced team on strategy, research, pleadings, and discovery.

Applicants should hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be eligible for California bar admission, with a focus on IP law and the ability to manage multiple matters

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of patent litigation experience.
Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, CS, chemistry, biology, physics, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex intellectual property litigation cases.
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators to develop case strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
