Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Attorney to join a Raleigh, NC team focused on video and audio processing. Candidates should hold a degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics and have USPTO admission with at least two years of patent prosecution experience.

You will draft and prosecute patent applications, analyze patentability, and advise clients on IP strategy. Experience with codecs, VR/AR, or AI is a plus, and excellent math and communication skills are
