Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in IP, incl. patent prep and prosecution, opinions and client counseling.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering or computer science.
• Registered or eligible to practice before the USPTO.
• Prefer portable business.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute patent applications for clients.
• Provide opinions and client counseling on IP matters.
• Advise clients on IP strategy and freedom-to-operate analyses.
