Job summary

Confidential Employer in the United States seeks a patent prosecutor with 2+ years of experience to prepare and prosecute US and international patent applications. You will work with inventors and engineers to protect groundbreaking technologies across chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and physics.

You will draft strong patent applications, respond to Office Actions, analyze complex inventions, and help grow a client-focused IP portfolio in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Bar license in any U.S. state.
  • 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Technical background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
  • Strong patent drafting and prosecution writing skills.
  • Excellent technical comprehension and analytical ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
