Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applicationsdirected to AI/ML and advanced computing technologies.
• Strong technical and patent prosecution experience in medical devices, semiconductors, ICs, fintech, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, software systems or related technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technologies, communicate effectively with inventors and in-house counsel, and develop strategic IP portfolios under partner-level mentorship and supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• J.D. from accredited law school and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction required for attorneys.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Prior experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to advanced computing technologies, preferably involving artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).
• Strong technical and patent prosecution experience in one or more of the following areas: medical devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, financial technologies, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, software systems, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technologies, communicate effectively with inventors and in-house counsel, and develop strategic intellectual property portfolios under partner-level mentorship and supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• J.D. from accredited law school and admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction required for attorneys.
