REQUIREMENTS

1. Applicants should have focused experience in drafting patent applications in the computer arts (e.g., software, AI/ML/LLMs, web applications, telecommunications, integrated circuits, etc.).
2. Candidates should be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
3. Candidates with a degree or an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, and/or computer science are preferred, although candidates with degrees in mechanical engineering or other relevant experience will also be considered.
4. Strong experience drafting complex software patent applications is a plus.
5. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be comfortable working directly with clients, and possess strong writing and analytical skills.
