REQUIREMENTS
A background in computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or related fields and patent prosecution experience. Applicants should have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position will involve representation of a variety of technology companies, ranging from startups to the Fortune 500, in patent prosecution matters. At least an M.S. or M.Eng. in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience, is preferred.

A successful candidate who is not a registered patent agent will be expected to take and to pass the USPTO registration exam within one year of being hired. Candidates are encouraged to review the USPTO eligibility criteria prior to applying.
