Duties:

1. Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications across various technical sectors.
2. Perform detailed patent searches and evaluations to assess patentability.
3. Advise clients on managing and strengthening their patent portfolios.
4. Prepare responses to office actions and communicate effectively with the USPTO.
5. Collaborate with attorneys to align intellectual property strategies with client needs.
6. Provide technical expertise in mechanical, biomedical, and medical device-related patent matters.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Patent Agent, particularly in patent prosecution.
2. Specialized knowledge or experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device technologies is preferred.
