Our client has an opportunity for a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to support the firm’s patent prosecution practice and assist clients in protecting their technology. As a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney, you will draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and support due diligence efforts.

Our client operates across multiple regions, and the successful candidate can be based in New York, NY, Houston, TX, Philadelphia, PA, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting the firm’s patent prosecution practice and assisting clients in protecting their technology. Specific tasks involve drafting and prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and supporting due diligence efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in a scientific field such as chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, or biochemistry.
