The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications in EE and software fields, collaborating with clients to understand inventions and draft filings.

Required are 2+ years of patent experience and USPTO admission, with a degree in engineering or CS and USPTO registration. Knowledge of ML/AI and communications security is a plus.
