Diamond Personnel is seeking an Electrical Technical Advisor or Patent Agent to strengthen a growing patent prosecution team. The role focuses on drafting high-quality patent applications in electrical and computer technologies and collaborating with inventors, attorneys, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of drafting experience, a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and familiarity with medical devices or AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of patent application drafting experience in a law firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with medical devices or medical technologies highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning is a plus.

A well-established intellectual property law firm is seeking an Electrical Technical Advisor or Patent Agent to join its growing patent prosecution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced patent professional who enjoys drafting high-quality patent applications and working with cutting-edge technologies.

Location: Alexandria, VA (Hybrid – at least 3 days in the office preferred). Exceptional candidates with the right experience may be considered for a fully remote arrangement.
