The Pastry Production Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food and pastry items for service in the restaurant. This is a production position that requires experience with doughs, bread making, and AM bake-off. You have a strong passion for food, technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow as a leader in the kitchen.
