The Ned & Ned’s Club Washington DC is seeking a Pastry Line Cook to support pastry production across our Club restaurants and events kitchens. You will report to the Head Pastry Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold craftsmanship, consistency, and artistry in every pastry item.
You will help prepare pastries, breads, and plated desserts for multiple outlets, execute recipes to exacting standards, and participate in menu development and plating design while maintaining cleanliness
The Ned’s Club Washington DC boasts 3 restaurants each serving a unique style of cuisine from around the world. We will also host incredible events with customized menus for our guests. As a Pastry Line Cook you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of all pastry and dessert items across the Club restaurants and Events Kitchens. You will work closely work with the Head Pastry Chef, to ensure your role meets the highest level of craftsmanship, consistency, and artistry—reflecting the refined culinary identity of The Ned’s Club Washington DC.

Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to be have opened a Ned’s Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location.
Ned’s Club Washington DC is a members’ club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President’s Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.
The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder’s Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.
