Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience as a Pastry Cook/Baker in a luxury hotel or restaurant.

• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, desserts, breads, and related items following Nobu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
