You will manage daily pastry inventory, maintain clean stations, and comply with health and safety standards while collaborating with the hotel’s culinary team.

• Experience baking pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts.
• Ability to present items appealingly and to spec.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
