Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina is seeking a Pastry Cook to produce high-quality baked goods and desserts for all resort outlets, while upholding safety and sanitation as priorities.
You will work with the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, baking breakfast pastries, breads, pies and cakes, and may rotate among different kitchen locations across the resort.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of pastry experience, and flexibility to work mornings, holidays, and varied shifts.

The purpose of the Pastry Cook Pinehurst is to produce high-quality baked goods/desserts for all Pinehurst outlets on a consistent basis, maintaining Safety and Sanitation as top priorities.
High school diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Culinary School degree preferred.
