Zuma - San Diego is seeking a pastry cook to prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and Head Pastry Chef guidelines.

You will work with the kitchen team to uphold Zuma's standards, ensuring high-quality, guest-focused experiences in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

As a ZumaPastry Cook, you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assist in the preparation and production of a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and guidelines established by the Head Pastry Chef

• Execute precise measurements and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry creations
• Prepare and assemble components for plated desserts, including sauces, creams, garnishes, and accompaniments
• Bake, decorate, and finish pastries and desserts with attention to detail and presentation standards
