Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking a pastry cook to manage daily pastry station operations at our resort venue in Rancho Mirage, CA.
You will follow recipes, prepare items per guest orders, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will maintain health-code standards, create welcome and turndown amenities, and contribute to a high-touch guest experience aligned with Sensei’s wellness philosophy.

In addition, Sensei will run the F&B operation, as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. At Sensei by Nobu thepastry cookisresponsibleforthe daily preparation, maintenance, upkeep and breakdown of the pastry station. The cook is to follow recipes provided by the department and also be creative and implement new ideas to the program. This position will service all guests needs and liaison with other departments accordingly. They must be able to communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless experience.
