Job summary

Harris Teeter, LLC. is seeking a full-time team member at its Aldie, VA location to assist with food preparation, processing, packaging, stocking, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; and culinary experience and sales.
• Ability to read and write English; effective in one-on-one and small group presentations in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to train and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service and maintain clean work areas.
• Unload stock and reload salvage products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Complete training including food safety, customer service, and product knowledge.
