The candidate should have 1–2 years of professional baking or cooking experience and a solid understanding of ingredients and procedures, plus a commitment to kitchen best practices and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up your work area in a timely manner and ensure quality mise en place.
• Thorough knowledge of all prep and menu items.
• Ensure items are produced and stocked to display before start of business; complete catering/wholesale orders on time.
• Maintain clean and organized station; return kitchen to original condition after shift.
• Assist dish station during busy periods and help teammates as needed.
• Work with attention to detail, cleanliness, and promptness; communicate needs to management.
• Train new colleagues and participate in weekly deep cleaning projects.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and cleaning of floor drains and other equipment.
• Undertake cross-training and other duties as assigned by leadership.
