Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Assists with production records including waste tracking, used/unused portions and shortages; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils in the work area.
• Follows safety regulations in handling food and equipment to ensure OSHA standards.
• Interacts with customers with friendly, customer-service oriented approach.
• Cleans equipment and workstation after shift and ensures display areas are clean.
