Qualifications

• Leads our congregation with integrity, humility and prayer.
• Expository preaching style: verse-by-verse preaching.
• Ability to build relationships with families, kids, and teens in a rural setting.
• Willingness to pursue a Master’s degree; professional development funds available.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach Scripture, shepherd the church, and pray with the congregation.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team and church staff.
• Collaborate with nearby area churches and pastors for ministry impact.
• Engage with the Stanchfield community and participate in local outreach.
