Job description

The Big Picture

Rozetta Baptist Church (rozettabaptistchurch.org) may look from the outside like a small country church surrounded by cornfields – but on the inside it is an active congregation of approximately 70 people of all ages and stages of life. It is a body of believers with a desire and purpose to grow in their walk with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. They are not looking for a man to simply lead them, but to lead with them. The church is blessed with active lay leadership and members who desire to serve alongside their pastor in the work of ministry. Sermon recordings are available at rozettamessages.org and on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Worship includes a blend of contemporary Christian music and traditional hymns, reflecting the multi-generational character of the congregation.
