Open to seminary graduates or experienced candidates, licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance, with a heart for youth and families. Board-led search process and a collaborative leadership model.

Qualifications

• Open to someone right out of seminary, open to God’s call.
• Pastor must guard and uphold the congregation’s spiritual beliefs.
• Licensed with The Christian & Missionary Alliance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Preaching the Word to the congregation weekly.
• Shepherd and care for the church family.
• Lead evangelism and mission outreach.
• Develop leaders and disciple-makers in the church.
